Today while thinking about a situation that I had become fearful about I heard "Stand Still and Salvation" I looked up stand still and salvation at Crossdaily and pulled up Exodus 14:13 and 2 Chronicles 20:17. I read Exodus 14 which talked about how God divided the Red Sea so the children of Israel could cross over and then caused the waters to cover the Egyptians; then I read 2 Chronicles 20 where the children of Moab and Ammon came against Jehoshaphat and the Spirit of the Lord came upon the servants of the Lord in the congregation and said "Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God's." And how when they began to sing and praise the Lord set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir that had come against Judah and they were defeated. Isn't it good to know that the Lord God Almighty has our back?
